As GymNation grew, they faced challenges in managing a large member base, personalizing experiences at scale, improving sales processes, enhancing member retention, and providing round-the-clock support.

  1. RAG Query Engine: GymNation created an enterprise RAG layer with LlamaIndex for LLM context augmentation. This was leveraged by multiple agents as mentioned below.
  2. Multi-Agent Orchestration: Implemented an orchestration framework where a master AI agent coordinates specialized agents, each responsible for specific functions.
  3. Integration with External Tools: Utilized LlamaIndex's function calling capabilities to interact with GymNation's existing systems and APIs.
  4. React Agents: Developed using LlamaIndex to manage different stages of the member lifecycle.

Key AI implementations include:

  • Albus: A web and WhatsApp chatbot trained on GymNation's data provided by the LlamaIndex RAG Layer. It assists prospects with information about membership, gym facilities and class timings. The lead data is processed into their CRM, and a voice AI agent is initiated to call and book a tour in seconds upon request. Albus also assists members with customized workout plans.
  • Jenny AI: A voice-enabled assistant for sales and service agents using LlamaIndex for natural language processing and integration with other tools.
  • Multi-Channel AI Agents: Deployed across web app, WhatsApp, email, and phone for sales and prospecting to engage with potential members and answer inquiries
  • AI Driven Member Onboarding Process: GymNation created an AI-driven onboarding system that gathers information about new members' goals and builds customized fitness regimens and diet plans.
